Egg Rice Bowl

Warm rice, two eggs, frozen vegetables, soy sauce, and chili crisp or hot sauce.

  1. Microwave rice and vegetables until hot.
  2. Scramble or fry the eggs.
  3. Top with sauce and anything crunchy.

Tuna Crunch Wrap

Tuna, Greek yogurt or mayo, pickles, lettuce, a tortilla, and a little mustard.

  1. Mix tuna with yogurt or mayo, mustard, and chopped pickles.
  2. Add lettuce or cabbage for crunch.
  3. Wrap it tight and toast it in a pan if you want.

Sheet-Pan Chicken

Chicken pieces, potatoes or frozen vegetables, olive oil, salt, pepper, and any spice blend.

  1. Spread everything on a sheet pan.
  2. Bake at 425 F until the chicken is done and the edges brown.
  3. Eat as-is or pile into a bowl with sauce.

Greek yogurt, fruit, oats or cereal, peanut butter, honey, cinnamon, or nuts.
